Directions to Software Leverage
BY PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION:
Take commuter rail or an MBTA bus to Waverley Square, Belmont
(buses run to Waverley Square from Harvard Square and various other locations).
Look around until you see the tops of some tall radio antennas
behind some trees and houses. Those are in our parking lot, so that's where
you're going. It's a little less than a mile walk.
Walk west on Trapelo Road - away from Belmont Wheelworks and Fleet
Bank, and towards the Star Market.
Pass Andros Diner, then turn left on Waverley Oaks Road (Route 60)
at a traffic light.
Pass a small parking lot entrance, than turn left into our driveway at 411
Waverley Oaks Road. Software Leverage is in Building 3, which is the red brick
building straight ahead, on the ground floor.
DRIVING FROM THE NORTHEAST (ROUTE 93 SOUTHBOUND):
From Route 93 south, take exit 32 (Route 60/Medford Square).
At the end of the ramp, turn right onto City Hall Street.
Turn left at the second traffic light onto Main Street.
Make an immediate right onto Route 16 (the Mystic Valley Parkway),
and join the Route 93 Northbound directions below at Mystic Valley Parkway.
Note: As an alternative to these directions, you can exit 93
southbound onto Route 95/128 south, then follow the Route 3/128/95 directions
below).
DRIVING FROM THE NORTHEAST (ROUTE 93 NORTHBOUND):
From Route 93 north, take the exit for Route 16
(Medford/Arlington).
When the ramp forks, bear left onto Route 16/Arlington. This is the
Mystic Valley Parkway.
Bear right (towards Arlington) at the first rotary; this will be
after four traffic lights. You will still be on the Mystic Valley Parkway, but
no longer on Route 16.
Turn left onto Medford Street at the first rotary; this will be
after one traffic light.
Turn left onto Route 60 at the second (large) set of traffic
lights.
Stay on Route 60 as it passes through Arlington Center, across
Route 2, and through Belmont Center.
After Belmont center, follow Route 60 as it passes a Star Market on
the left, then merges into Trapelo Road. At this point, you should be able to
see some tall radio antennas ahead and to your left; these are in our parking
lot.
Turn left at the second light onto Waverley Oaks Road (still Route
60).
Turn left into 411 Waverley Oaks Road about 2/10 mile later.
Software Leverage is in Building 3, which is the red brick building straight
ahead, on the ground floor.
Note: If you are taking Route 93 Northbound from south of Boston,
you should take the Mass Pike westbound, and then follow the Mass Pike
directions below.
DRIVING FROM THE NORTHWEST (ROUTE 3/128/95) OR WEST (ROUTE 2):
Take Route 3 south to Route 128, then take Route 128 south to Route
2.
From Route 128, take Route 2 east towards Boston.
On Route 2, take the exit for Winter Street/Waverley.
At the end of the ramp, turn right (on Winter Street).
When Winter Street ends, turn left onto Concord Avenue, then
immediately bear right at the fork (onto Mill Street).
When Mill Street ends (2nd traffic light), turn right
onto Trapelo Road, then make an immediate left at the next light onto Waverley
Oaks Road.
Turn left into 411 Waverley Oaks Road about 2/10 mile later. Software Leverage
is in Building 3, which is the red brick building straight ahead, on the ground
floor.
DRIVING FROM THE SOUTHWEST (ROUTE 128):
Take Route 128 North to exit 28 - Trapelo Road (Waltham).
At the end of the ramp, turn right onto Trapelo Road.
Follow Trapelo Road to the fourth traffic light (about 3.5 miles),
then turn right on Waverley Oaks Road. The traffic lights on Trapelo Road are
as follows:

intersection with Smith Street (Exxon station on corner)

intersection with Lexington Street (Mobil and Shell on the corners)

a pedestrian crosswalk (not a real intersection)

approach down a hill; this is Waverley Oaks Road (turn right).
Turn left into 411 Waverley Oaks Road about 2/10 mile later. Software Leverage
is in Building 3, which is the red brick building straight ahead, on the ground
floor.
DRIVING FROM THE SOUTHEAST, EAST, OR LOGAN AIRPORT (MASS PIKE):
Take the Mass Pike West, and get off at exit 17 to Watertown.
Get on Galen Street (north) towards Watertown Square.
Cross the Charles River, then turn left on Route 20 west.
After about 1.3 miles, turn right onto Warren Street.
About ½ mile later, turn left onto Beaver Street.
Turn right at the first major intersection onto Waverley Oaks Road.
About ½ mile later, turn right into 411 Waverley Oaks Road.
Software Leverage is in Building 3, which is the red brick building straight
ahead, on the ground floor.
